This month Corner House taking part in a variety of activities in order to celebrate Black History Month.
We have made bakes (a type of Caribbean bread), had a puppet show using African American puppets, had tea on our Caribbean Cruise ship and even opened our own Caribbean restaurant called Toddler vibes! Over the course of the week we have listened and danced to lots of different music such as reggae, steel drums and soca.
Our children have also been talking about their families and where everyone comes from as well as learning a bit about why we celebrate Black History Month.
